His research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. In addition to his publications, he has presented several peer-reviewed posters at major medical conferences.
Dr. Moeller received a letter of commendation from the Defense Health Agency Center of Excellence for Psychological Trauma for his research in PTSD. To receive this commendation it was necessary to present his published research for review and present a lecture to a panel of DOD Tri-Service Subject Matter Experts.
Realizing that since many Veterans and patients who suffer from PTSD also frequently suffer from a Moral Injury, Dr. Moeller decided to also obtain a Seminary Degree to help his patients. Dr. Moeller believes that a combination of psychological therapy and Spiritual Therapy should be considered when treating PTSD.
Currently, Dr. Moeller is active in the Practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and also maintains a separate office dedicated to the treatment and research of PTSD-associated nightmares, headaches, and sleep disruptions.

The Best! You will love him and his staff. You couldn’t be in better hands. I’d rather get a tooth pulled/ surgically extracted by Dr. Moeller any day over the dentist. No fear with this kind man. He’s an MD as well as an oral surgeon.

Dr. Moeller is awesome. I was terrified to get my top wisdom teeth removed while awake. He joked around a little bit and told me he was going to “see how loose they were” and 5 seconds he had them popped out with a smile on his face. I actually went back to work afterwards. I can highly recommend him!
